	Ohio Valley, Dayton and Akron to Play NABL Teams This Year: Enter League Next Season

	The Ohio Valley Bulldogs, Akron Wingfoots, and Dayton Aeros AAU basketball teams will play touring schedules this season, including nonconference games against NABL teams, prior to joining the NABL as full time members next season. None of the three teams could arrange a full schedule of home games in time for the season, hence will play as touring teams. The Bulldogs just completed an eleven game Fall College Tour, including games against William & Mary, Florida International, and North Dakota. Last year the Bulldogs finished in the Elite 8 in the 96th AAU National Championship. They were also the first AAU team to compete in the vaunted LA Summer Pro League in their 28 year history. Dayton and Akron are new incarnations of historic AAU teams. Both will get resestablished this year as AAU Touring teams. The Wingfoots kicked off their return this year will games against Ohio schools U. of Findlay and Cleveland State. Dayton resumed their historic AAU heritage with college games at Kalamazoo and U. of Indianapolis. All three will compete for entry in the 97th AAU National Championship Tournament as independent entries this season.
